That's why we chose to host our Connect and Co-Work events at Create Cafe Wakefield, a colourful and welcoming space within the Wakefield One building, just a short walk from Westgate Station and close to the library.

Our Connect and Co-Work face-to-face events are a fantastic way to meet local businesses, freelancers and professionals from across the area. The networking is relaxed and informal, with no rigid format and no 60-second pitches, just genuine conversations and the opportunity to build meaningful connections. We believe the best business comes from the best relationships, so whether you're looking for collaboration opportunities, new contacts or simply a chance to share experiences with other business owners, you'll be among friendly faces.

And the best part? Once the networking finishes, you're welcome to stay and co-work for the rest of the day at no extra cost. Bring your laptop, make use of the free Wi-Fi, continue the conversations and enjoy working alongside other freelancers, sole traders and small business owners. Food and refreshments are available to purchase throughout the day to keep you fuelled and productive.
